Working with schools
We work hand-in-hand with secondary schools in England, Wales and Northern Ireland to set their students up for success and, whenever possible, reintegrate them into mainstream school. Our high-quality, DfE-accredited education covers Years 7 to 11, providing students with flexible, online support whenever needed throughout their secondary education.
At Key Stage 3 our Skillbuilder courses lay the foundations for GCSE success. At Key Stage 4 our wide subject range and choice of 1 or 2 year courses help students achieve strong, recognised outcomes. Schools that work with Academy21 benefit from:
Personalised support from the start
Our goal is to help students succeed both in their academic and personal lives. Therefore, it’s crucial that we find the best solution for their needs. Our regional customer support teams can visit you at your premises to discuss the best solutions available, guide you through the Academy21 platform, and provide demos and training for you and your colleagues.
Continuous communication
We work collaboratively with schools, so you never lose track of students’ progress. Your school will have a dedicated regional manager and client administrator they can speak with at any time, and you can monitor students’ progress daily via our mentor portal. We want the best outcomes for your students and aim to work closely with schools to provide the education and support they need. That is why we also request that you provide us with a contact person so we can reach out to discuss students’ progress and share relevant updates.
Flexible commissioning options
Our solutions are fully bespoke to best match what students need, so we offer a range of commissioning options for schools. From pay-as-you-go to termly or annual in advance agreements, our team can put together the right contract based on your needs and financial priorities. There is no minimum purchase or advanced purchase of credits required.
Thorough training
We provide training through live inductions and comprehensive user guides to ensure that both students and schools are fully aware of the systems Academy21 uses to deliver our provision. Our student and mentor portals have been custom-built to be user friendly and accessible, together with our training we ensure both students and schools can reap the benefits of the tools available to them and feel comfortable using these from day one.

Connect with your Regional Partnership Manager (PM)
Once you get in touch, you will be connected with a dedicated Partnership Manager (PM) for your area, with whom you can discuss your needs in more detail. You can refer a student straight away or take time to ask any questions you may have. You can even meet with your PM in person if you prefer and bring some of your colleagues along for a live demonstration. Your PM will send you a quote based on your specific needs.

Account set up
We will set up your account and send you instructions on how to register and access our secure online portal. This is where you will enter the information for each student you want to enrol. We will also connect you with your Regional Client Administrator (RCA) who will support you through the onboarding and set up process.

All set!
Once you have entered your students’ enrolment information and confirmed acceptance of your contract details you are all set! You will receive your students’ log in details, and they can start accessing lessons. Please share the login details with your students as our customer support team only communicates with mentors and never directly with students or families.

On-going support when you need it
