For many students, Wellbeing Workshops are a chance to take time away from the pressures of academic life and reflect on how they cope and what they can improve in order to protect their own mental wellbeing. Academy21 provides this without any additional strain on your staff or resources.
For pupils aged 14-19, our Wellbeing Workshops put the control back in their hands and ensure they have the skills to be an advocate of their own learning and wellness.
Benefits of these workshops include:
- Increased self-awareness and advocacy
- Giving students a toolkit for coping with adverse or challenging situations – such as exams and interviews
- Teaching them mindfulness techniques, the art of being present and how to advocate for positivity in their lives
- Students develop an appreciation and mastery of wellness tools and practices
Our six, themed workshops are delivered over the course of 6 weeks, led by experts in 1:15 group sizes. The 40-minute workshops will cover a variety of topics, including:
- Coping with anxiety
- Exam confidence
- Safety online
- Growth mindset
Students will also receive a digital credential and certificate, which can be used on future university or job applications, showing their dedication to their own mental wellbeing and a pro-active approach to their learning. Pricing is calculated per week, usually following our 6-week programme.
