Induction and Training
Mentors receive induction training sessions to ensure all of the functionality and capabilities of our platforms are fully utilised. Meanwhile, students receive live induction sessions which introduce them to the platform and demonstrate the various ways they can engage. These live induction sessions help students start on the best footing, and are complemented by additional induction videos and materials that can be viewed at any time.

Connect with your Regional Partnership Manager (PM)
Once you get in touch, you will be connected with a dedicated Partnership Manager (PM) for your area, with whom you can discuss your needs in more detail. You can refer a student straight away or take time to ask any questions you may have. You can even meet with your PM in person if you prefer and bring some of your colleagues along for a live demonstration. Your PM will send you a quote based on your specific needs.

Account set up
We will set up your account and send you instructions on how to register and access our secure online portal. This is where you will enter the information for each student you want to enrol. We will also connect you with your Regional Client Administrator (RCA) who will support you through the onboarding and set up process.
04.
All set!
Once you have entered your students’ enrolment information and confirmed acceptance of your contract details you are all set! You will receive your students’ log in details, and they can start accessing lessons. Please share the login details with your students as our customer support team only communicates with mentors and never directly with students or families.

On-going support when you need it
