Local Authorities
We provide a lifeline for students who do not have a permanent place in either a mainstream or specialist school. Our accredited provision enables students who may be in a period of transition, awaiting placement, in care or other challenging circumstances, to maintain their link with education.

Flexible commissioning options
We offer a range of commissioning options. From pay-as-you-go models to termly or annual payments in advance, our team can put together the right contract based on your needs and financial priorities. There is no minimum purchase or advanced purchase of credits required.
Easy enrolment and continuous communication
Our dedicated regional customer support teams will work closely with the Local Authority contact to enroll students swiftly and make sure they have all they need to start at Academy21. Our enrolment process takes as little as two days, and the Academy21 support team is always on hand to answer any queries. You can also track students’ progress daily via our mentor portal.
High-quality education
We take a holistic approach to pedagogy, aiming to help students succeed in their learning journeys and improve their mental and physical health. Our comprehensive provision is DfE-accredited and in line with mainstream provision. Plus, our teachers are all fully qualified, subject experts, and experienced in teaching students with a variety of needs.

Our solutions are fully bespoke to best match what students need. Because we understand that students’ needs may change, our provision can also flex up and down as required, and we offer a range of short, medium, and long-term options to ensure that all students are catered for.

Reach out
Contact to our team via the form below or by calling us at 0800 208 8210 to discuss your needs in more detail.

Connect with your Regional Partnership Manager (PM)
Once you get in touch, you will be connected with a dedicated Regional Partnership Manager. You can refer a student straight away or take this time to ask any questions you may have. You can even meet with your PM in person if you prefer and bring some of your colleagues along for a live demonstration.

Get a quote
We will send you a quote based on your specific needs. Once you accept it, your account will be set up. You’ll get a link to complete our online enrolment form and will be connected with your Regional Client Administrators. They will be your main point of contact for your onboarding process, so feel free to get in touch with any questions.
04.
All set!
You will receive two set up emails: one to access your mentor portal, and one with login information to be shared with your student(s). Please note that our customer support team only communicates with mentors, and never directly with students.
05.
On-going support when you need it
