Our provision is designed to provide pupils, who may be experiencing challenging circumstances, with the high-quality education they need and deserve. Last year, we supported over 5000 pupils, helping to build confidence, support reintegration and achieve recognised qualifications.

About our roles
As an online alternative provision, we embrace remote working and the use of technology in our day to day activities.
Our overall structure and approach to learning models that of a mainstream school setting with a few key differences – small class sizes, distraction free online environments and a range of online tools to help students engage. Our education teams work from home which mirrors the experience of many learners attending our provision.
We also have marketing, IT, and customer service teams that work remotely too. Our business development team splits their time between home working and in-person visits to schools and customers around their areas. Within our teams we also get together regularly to share ideas, plan and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
