Connect with your Regional Partnership Manager (PM)

Once you get in touch, you will be connected with a dedicated Partnership Manager (PM) for your area, with whom you can discuss your needs in more detail. You can refer a student straight away or take time to ask any questions you may have. You can even meet with your PM in person if you prefer and bring some of your colleagues along for a live demonstration. Your PM will send you a quote based on your specific needs.

Account set-up

We will set up your account and send you instructions on how to register and access our secure online portal. This is where you will enter the information for each student you want to enrol. We will also connect you with your Regional Client Administrator (RCA) who will support you through the onboarding and setup process.

All set!

Once you have entered your students’ enrolment information and confirmed acceptance of your contract details you are all set! You will receive your students’ login details, and they can start accessing lessons. Please share the login details with your students, as our customer support team only communicates with mentors and never directly with students or families.
